Low Season (including half term & holidays) £500 March - April

High Season (2 week bookings) July & August £700
Booking Deposit: 25% of the total (or £175 if 25% is lower) Changeover day flexible but preferably not Sunday.
Balance Paid: 8 Weeks prior to holiday
Refundable breakages/excess cleaning deposit: £200
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Luxury sofabed available for extra 2 guests, an extra supplement of £25 to cover extra linens. Excess cleaning charged at £16.00 per hour.
